* Single Occupancy Requirements:
– Request for Single room occupancy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Single room request are available to Junior/Senior students with a CGPA of 3.5 and Non-traditional students who are 40-years of age or older. Single room requests will only be honored if room vacancies are available (RL Handbook, pg. 17). – Student must be in good Academics and Social Standing. No previous incidents on file with Residence Life Office or Campus Security. Student may not have been previously on Residence Life Probation or have been evicted from Residence Life.Student Family Apartments
