Diné College named Malcolm Bob Director of Student Enrollment and Student Success (SESA)

TSAILE, Ariz. — Diné College announced Malcolm Bob has been designated as the new director of the Office of Student Enrollment and Student Access (SESA). Bob will oversee the Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar’s office, and the Recruitment department. He previously served as interim director for six months before transitioning to the role full-time.
During his interim tenure, Bob focused on stabilizing leadership within the SESA, ensuring continuity in student services. One of his key accomplishments was implementing the parchment campaign, which allows diplomas to be ordered on-demand and shipped directly to students, eliminating delays and reducing department costs.
Looking ahead, Bob emphasized his commitment to improving the onboarding process for all students, including traditional, nontraditional, and transfer students. He aims to simplify access to Diné College’s resources and integrate streamlined solutions like user-friendly online portals.
Bob also advised high school seniors to prepare for college by understanding financial aid processes and emphasized Diné College’s dedication to supporting their readiness, whether enrolling locally or at other institutions.
He expressed gratitude for his staff’s dedication and plans to rebuild the department’s leadership team by hiring managers for financial aid, recruitment, and registration.
